Great story. Awesome adventures!

Samantha Anderson is a Biblical archaeologist and devout Christian that's misunderstood in her own family. Yet she remains faithful to her beliefs and trusts God completely. Something I that find hard to do myself. I really admire this and yes I know it's a book. Samantha gets an unexpected job offer that has her questioning her faith and thensome. But she continues to turn to God for guidance. What's really behind this job offer? Your answers await you in The Quest for Paradise.
This stunning conclusion will leave you with questions that you'll want to seek out the answers too. The story and characters are compelling, honest, real, down to earth, humble, and complex too. I look forward to reading more of this author's work in the future.
This is yet another superb book by Guy and a solid close to the Water Wars series. Like myself, Guy is a Biblical literalist. He takes it further than most—but that’s expected of the top speculative writers.
He claims the quest will change your life. It might. But hopefully you know the Bible and the Kingdom of God well enough to at least consider the scenario put forth by the book.
This is Christian action/adventure at its best
The romance is always a strong driving force. But the main feeling, reaction, result of reading this book will be to grow closer to God and His ways. Do I believe Guy’s work is prophetic? No! God is not speaking Truth at anywhere near a Biblical level. However, reading one of Guy’s books always leaves me praising God and seeking to walk more closely with Him. What a testimony that is to Guy’s work. He is truly one of the anointed masters of 21st century Christian fiction.
This is what I look for in a book anointed concepts, spiritual truth, and a compelling world to live in for the duration of the book. His technical prowess gets better each book, as does his writing.

Though I am a fan of Guy Stanton III, this series wasn't my favorite and this book was the least favorite of all. I give it 3 stars, it was "ok". I felt like the story rushed and was pretty much the same storyline over again with a few minor details. I like the romance side of the stories that this author writes, but I think it is time to switch it up a bit.
Spoiler (also there is a scene where the main character almost gets raped by two demons, and the end to the chapter is her consummating her "marriage" with the man God chose for her. I find it hard to stomach the fact that hours after such a horrifying experience that she would be even able to think about sex. (end of spoiler)
Characters in the one are pretty shallow and it needs some editing.
You need to read the first two to understand what is happening in this one.

Great series
A fast-paced, thought-provoking and enjoyable book for Christians. I loved the intelligent self-reliant and faithful character of Samantha. It is an exciting mystery story yet raises deep questions about Christianity and the future of the world as a whole.
The third installment of the Water Wars trilogy is a hard pill to swallow. I recieved a free copy from the author with the warning beforehand.
The book questions our basic understanding of the world we live in, of the faith we stand on and f all the progress made in the name of modern scientific civilization of the twenty first century. It does strengthen the notion that God is beyond all knowledge and as a part of His creation, so is the world we live on. But the question remains can a gripping narrative be brought forth from a realization drenched in incredulity. As a matter of fact it does.
Once the initial shock is over the mind learns to accept the supremacy of the written word. If only Guy Stanton III would allow us to be limited to believing the fiction that He weaves but his words isn’t just fiction, is it? Guy Stanton brings out the doctrine of the Plenary Inspiration of the Bible like no other.
With that over this is the first book of the Water World series that gives a complete description of the incorporation of the Undersea into the structure of the earth. It is also the first book in the series where a means of passage other than a whirlpool in the middle of the ocean is used. Also this is the first book that establishes the possibility of travelling between the surface world and the undersea. That is perhaps where the trouble begins.
This the first Water Wars book, and the second written by Guy Stanton which I have read that he writes from a woman’s point of view. Samantha is a Biblical archeologist and a Biblical literalist like the author himself.
The book is extremely well written in terms of narrative. It is in all a thriller, a romance, a fiction and a testimony. For those who love fiction, for those who like Utopian fantasies, apocalyptic narratives and those who like a good dose of science in an awful lot of fiction this is a treat. But before diving in do make sure you know your Bible and the world that it tells of because otherwise you do have a huge pill to swallow ahead.
